What streamofwellbeing posted is well put, and when you are stuck in a vibration that keeps you feeling stuck, all the good feeling pictures and words don't seem to do much for you. I know strong contrast, and your words feel all-to-familiar because I've said the same thing you've said myself.

The universe is vibration and law of attraction states that like vibration attracts like vibration. Attention to something activates the energy within you. Your active energy is your point of attraction. When you push against unwanted, in a universe of inclusiion you are just activating and including the very thing that you dont want even more in your energy field. So feeling frustration abot x y & z just draws to you more things that match this feeling of frustration.

When you are in alignment with you. In alignment with your soul, the youfeel postive emotion joy, love happines = which means that your now in the moment focus, attention and perspective is offering a vibration which is in alignment with your soul. And this means everything. Your souls is always offering pure vibration and your physically focussed you is always offering a vibration - positive emotion means that there is no contradiction or resistance in your energy. You are allowing you.

Your negatiave emotions are guiding you + telling you that your thoughts, attention and focus are not in alignment with your souls perspective + view. Your negative emotion is because you are not allowing or in alignment with the frequency / vibration that the source / soul part of you has become, is being, is living, is loving, is experiencing has expanded to. When you are in alignment with you, then you allow the fullness that you have become to manifest in the physical.

The universe is vibrational, even the solid stuff is vibration. Our senses are vibrational interpreters. Ask and it is given means that when a desire for something is birthed, then the answer is created (vibratinally), it is done. Your current vibration is either allowing or resisting this manifestation. Your soul or inner being has become your desire, but the physically focussed part of you is still focussed on the problem.

This world is filled with what is wanted and what is unwanted. There has to be an opposte vibration - this polarity is the foundation of creation. How do you know what you do want if you dont know what is unwanted. Every problem or unwanted situation is the foundation and platform from which a desire is birthed, from which what is wanted is created. Without contrast there is no desire, and no creation.

You're right. You cant change anything outside of yourself. You can onlly change your inner alignment. That is where your power lies and the only control that you have. The alignment you have with your soul and that is really the greatest power and is the basis of everything. Your now in the moment vibration = your point of attraction. Illness is a manifestation of resistance.

I think that personally its all beautiful but what does one do when you have tried everything and its still all shit and unfair......looking at fabulous pictures wont stop the intrepid unfairness of situations.....situations that we cannot really overcome...what do we do ...blame the one before you who was succesful...Its fay and its kind to show such things...but i feel its a bit like putting a fkn bandaid on cancer
