These transparent screens look great in sci fi movies, like on the bridge of a space ship (especially when they're slightly curved) but in real life seems pointless in a lap top! why the hell do you want to see whats on the other side of the screen? its nothing more than an attention seeking gimmick

Simple question, why would you buy into it? resolution doesnt compare to your average LED screen.
other than the fact that it does look cool for about 20 sec. What is the practical use of it??
