This video is from 2008. According to newspaper stories available on the Internet, Whole Foods stopped importing produce from China in 2010.

Unless the label says ORGANIC it's your stupid ass for ASSUMING that its organic. Anyone who buys organic items on a regular basis KNOWS THIS!
I don't necessarily want to buy things that aren't Made in USA but I'd rather buy things from Whole Foods on the chance of getting a few rather than getting everything from China at a regular grocery store.
And any JACKASS that thought "California Blend" meant "Grown in California" should really think twice before advertising that they are that stupid.

Roberta is an idiot. "California Blend" is simply the name of a mix of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, not the area of origin of the vegetables! Her point to ask yourself if you trust whether a product from China is well taken, but if she misleads the public in this way, what else in her report is misleading?

This is an example of our screwed up trade policies. Flex your power and stop buying at WF. And, don't forget to get after Congress to either inspect imported foods with the same scrutiny as our home grown. Easy to see how our own farmers need those subsidies when they have such regs to contend with as well as inequitable standards for foreign produce/products.
